Incorporating Mutoh’s i² Intelligent Interweaving technology and a new generation piezo drop-on-demand variable drop print head, the ValueJet 1624 produces at faster output speeds and moreover offering a better print quality !
This new 1440-nozzle print head comprises four colour sections. Each colour section has 360 nozzles, or two 180 nozzle rows per colour. The print head is capable of producing ink drops ranging from 3.5 pl to 35 pl.
Bottom line, it can produce a wider range of dots, which are moreover jetted at a much faster speed compared to other print heads on the market. As a result, the ValueJet 1624 produces top quality graphics at typical production speeds up to 14.5 m²/h. Top engine up to 29 m²/h are possible.
